This unit uses HEPA or ULPA filters combined with high-velocity air jets (20–25 m/s) to dislodge dust, lint, and particles from personnel or trolleys in just 15–30 seconds. The electronic interlock system ensures that both entrance and exit doors cannot be opened simultaneously, preserving pressure differentials and preventing contaminant entry.
Constructed with SS 304 stainless steel or powder-coated steel, the Air Shower features automated cycle controls, infrared occupancy sensors, and LED status indicators. Optional upgrades include touchscreen PLCs, voice prompts, UV sterilization, and emergency stop systems.
